Director of CeCe's Place
Hope Cottage is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building strong and healthy families through adoption, foster care, and related support services. The Director of CeCe’s Place will serve as the strategic and operational leader of its maternal health initiative, responsible for program impact, managing community partnerships, and overseeing clinic operations to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight, direction, and supervision to the Hope Cottage CeCe’s Place team, ensuring quality service delivery and program success
Develop and maintain strong systems of communication, accountability, and staff culture
Provide final programmatic decision-making on case-related questions, escalating to the CEO when appropriate
Manage and strengthen partnerships to ensure coordinated delivery of medical, behavioral health, and social services
Facilitate clinic outreach with a balanced portfolio of community organizations across North Texas
Track and respond to local, state, and national developments in maternal healthcare funding, regulation, and policy
Partner with the Hope Cottage Data Analyst to monitor CeCe’s Place impact metrics
Report program outcomes and insights to the CEO and Board of Directors
Support Development and Marketing by providing grant data, impact reporting, and client success narratives
Ensure program files and operations comply with HIPAA and DFPS requirements
Maintain appropriate documentation and operational controls to support audits, funder reporting, and licensure
Participate in strategic planning for expansion, including the development of a second CeCe’s Place location
Provide operational insights to support long-term sustainability and scale
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive experience in maternal health clinic setting
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Public Health and/or MD is a plus
Understands, supports, and is willing to advocate for the CeCe's Pace model of integrated medical care and social services
Exceptional skills maintaining relationships with a complex variety of stakeholders, including clinic partners, clients, and philanthropic supporters
Strong public presentation and board-level communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and ability to adjust strategic direction to meet organizational needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required
Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA and DFPS regulations
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish; 3rd language is a plus
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
