Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in and call-in applicants, directing them to our AI-powered recruiting tools
Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms
Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate screenings
Actively source candidates through resume databases, job boards, and social media
Coordinate in-office interviews with Employment Specialists
Facilitate onboarding for new associates, including paperwork, orientations, and compliance
Serve as the professional and friendly face of the office
Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately
Support administrative tasks related to recruiting and associate management

Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using technology and recruiting platforms
