The Product Quality Evaluator will support the PQE team by evaluating product quality, onboarding user test flows, and collaborating with engineers and product managers to ensure product readiness for launch.

Responsibilities

Identify and onboard user test flows to agentic test automation tool

Review DOM structure and validate tracking event implementation

Validate results (pass/fail) of agentic test automation tool

Evaluate user flows for the next generation of our products across various platforms and browsers

Work with engineers, team leads, and product managers to prioritize test cases for agentic automation

Partner with engineering to identify and report issues. Verify bugs are valid, fixed, and provide sign-off verification to engineering

Author and execute test cases based on product specs and member behavior

Maintain test case repository as source of truth for expected product behavior and test coverage

Analyze test agent reported issues and recommend tooling improvements

Be able to estimate the level of effort, balance and prioritize multiple projects in parallel

Effectively present technical and functional details to senior leaders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds and provide recommendation on product readiness for public launch
