They are seeking a Technical Consultant with strong ITOM experience, particularly in Discovery and CMDB integrations, to work with clients in modeling network, storage, and other infrastructure within the CMDB.

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will have a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions and possess expertise with depth in ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping

You will be working with our clients to model network, storage, and other infrastructure in within the CMDB

Efforts will include assessing current state processes and tools, defining solution requirements including integrations, architecture, and implementation plans

Solutions Consultant must have deep experience in configuration and development with ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping, as both implementation work and oversight of team members are required

Required

ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery and Data Foundation

Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations

3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the Event management and monitoring and integrations

Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardizations and consulting on implementation with large enterprises

Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure

Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures as they apply to monitoring including cloud, networking, compute platforms, containers, and application services

5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes and solutions

8+ years of professional services/consulting experience

3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor's tool products

Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries

Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience/ combination of education and experience
