Senior Media Buyer
Kizik is an innovation-driven omnichannel footwear brand redefining comfort and convenience with patented hands-free technology. They are seeking a Senior Media Buyer to manage customer acquisition across major performance channels, focusing on both paid social and paid search strategies.

Responsibilities
Own daily execution and scaling of Meta Ads across prospecting, retargeting, and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns
Develop creative-driven strategies for hooks, angles, UGC, product demos, reviews, and motion-based assets
Partner with Creative to produce briefs, shot lists, and high-performing variations
Scale to TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or emerging channels as budget allows
Manage and scale Google Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen, Display and Microsoft Ads accounts
Build keyword strategies, feed optimizations, audience signals, and structured campaign architectures
Run YouTube performance creative tests (UGC, short-form, product-first, testimonial formats)
Reduce waste through negative keyword lists, automated rules, and bid strategy refinement
Align paid social and paid search to drive incremental new customers and strong blended MER/CAC
Build a unified testing roadmap across creative, audiences, landing pages, and bid strategies
Ensure messaging consistency and cohesive funnel experiences from first impression to purchase
Monitor performance daily and adjust spend pacing across channels to hit revenue and efficiency targets
Use attribution tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar to evaluate incrementality, path-to-conversion, and cross-channel lift
Build clear reporting dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, etc..) for weekly and monthly performance reviews
Work closely with Creative on asset concepts and insights
Partner with Merchandising on product-level scaling and inventory-sensitive campaigns
Coordinate with Lifecycle (Klaviyo) to improve post-click funnel performance and LTV
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of hands-on media buying experience across BOTH paid social and paid search
Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale budgets (six–seven figures monthly)
Deep Meta Ads knowledge + strong Google/PMax/YouTube experience
Strong understanding of UGC-style creative strategies and direct-response ad frameworks
Experience with Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar attribution platforms
Highly analytical and fluent in GA4, Looker Studio, and campaign data analysis
Strong communication, fast problem-solving, and ownership mindset
Preferred
Experience in ecommerce, DTC, or consumer lifestyle brands
Knowledge of MMM and incrementality testing
