Senior Product Manager for Portfolio Tools

Responsibilities
Execute and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Apptio One and Targetprocess, with a focus on integration, scalability, usability, and alignment to portfolio planning needs. Drive the connection between financial management, resource supply, and portfolio demand across tools
Own the end-to-end customer experience across TBM tools, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and efficient user journey that connects planning, execution, and investment decisions
Work closely with Technology, Portfolio, Finance, and Product leaders to ensure Apptio tools support enterprise goals. Lead integration and collaboration efforts with adjacent tool owners and drive a unified TBM ecosystem
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of Apptio tools. Leverage data to drive continuous improvement, stakeholder transparency, and business value
Collaborate with change management team to support development of training, documentation, and engage with stakeholder to promote user adoption and ensure smooth transitions during tool enhancements or new deployments
Serve as the primary liaison with Apptio teams, advocating for platform enhancements, overseeing release impacts, and ensuring alignment with AMEX strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with 2+ years owning technology products or platforms within an enterprise context
Proven hands-on experience managing or scaling Apptio One, Target process, or related TBM platforms
Strong understanding of portfolio management, financial modeling, and agile delivery processes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Experience with portfolio management tools and financial scenario modeling is highly desirable
Master's degree is a plus
