Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and support the Member Benefits System (MBS) using Synon/2E

Provide expertise in Synon functionality and data exchange integrations with other systems

Collaborate with business analysts, internal customers, and external vendors to define system changes for new projects, maintenance, and production support

Responsible for system design, development, testing, problem analysis, and documentation

Adhere to established methodologies, standards, and guidelines, including test plan creation

Manage and support multiple concurrent projects/programs effectively

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal guidance

Utilize IBM i (AS/400, i-Series, System i) tools, including RPG, SQL, and CL, for application development

Experience or familiarity with Synon/CM, Design Tracker, ServiceNow, Snowflake, MuleSoft, Showcase, Salesforce, PageDNA, LegaSuite, Java, Apex, Query Tools, or web design is a plus

Participate in the full lifecycle of application development, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
