As a Media Planning Associate, you will support the creation and execution of digital paid media plans, develop media planning skills, and contribute to campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver digital media plans aligned with client goals, strategies, and budgets
Create strategic audience profiles using polling, research, and historical data
Make preliminary recommendations on budget allocations across platforms and formats
Conduct campaign performance meta-analysis to improve assumptions and refine planning
Collaborate with internal teams and stay informed of industry trends
Assist with administrative reporting, documentation, and timelines
Submit expense reports and timesheets on time
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Digital media planningAnalytical skillsMicrosoft ExcelCommunication skillsPolitical experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in politics, public affairs, or a related environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills
