Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain effective internal controls
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Manage and develop accounting staff as applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency
Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative
Preferred
CPA
Manufacturing or industrial experience
