Visit our Adult and Pediatrics Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in Union County

Develop the care plan and oversee its execution

Supervise RN's and LPN's in the field

Facilitate new hire orientation

Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff

Qualification

Registered Nurse (RN)Supervisory experienceHomecare experienceTrach/vent experienceLeadership skills

Required

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN

Preferred

Supervisory experience

Homecare experience is a PLUS!

Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning!
