Responsibilities
Support existing IDS Marine customers by providing product walkthroughs, best-practice guidance, and solution optimization
Take on and support customer projects as assigned by the Director of Marine Dealer Relations, including special initiatives, targeted dealer engagements, and follow-up work to ensure successful
Conduct technical and functional demos for prospective dealers, with an emphasis on IDS Marine's products and services; including accounting, parts, service, sales, CRM and leadership insights
Financial workflows, and operational efficiency
Assist Sales and Relationship Managers during discovery sessions to understand dealer processes and requirements
Translate dealer business needs into clear IDS Marine solution positioning
Qualification
Required
Experience in Marine dealership operations
Strong understanding of dealership accounting, financial workflows, and back-office processes
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, dealer-friendly language
Comfortable leading demos, discovery conversations, and assigned customer initiatives
