Regional Account Manager
TE Connectivity is a company focused on creating a safer, sustainable, and more connected world. They are seeking a Regional Account Manager to support growth in the Utilities sector by managing sales to Investor-Owned Utilities and developing relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities
Selling TE Wildlife & Asset protection covering LV, MV, and HV applications
Managing sales to Investor-Owned Utilities (IOU) and Public Power utilities through our distributor partners
Developing relationships with Engineering, Procurement, and key decision-makers and applying consultative selling methodology
Identify and understand current and future customers’ needs and opportunities to introduce and sell products, services and solutions
Proactively address customer issues, including Quality issues, until appropriate closure
Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure that financial matters, including cash flow payments, credit concessions and account receivables on current opportunities and projects, are managed and closed appropriately
Key measurables: Revenue Growth, Market Share Gain, and Obtaining & Maintaining Preferred Supplier Status
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, required – Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering disciplines, preferred
Utilities sales experience, preferred
Knowledge of Wildlife & Asset protection covering LV, MV, and HV applications
Ability to work with deadlines and challenging targets
Flexibility in working days and traveling (field-based sales role)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
