Responsibilities
Serve as a point of escalation for employee questions, interpret policies, and support the resolution of work-related issues
Guide team members on advising management regarding organizational and employee matters
Create communications, reports, and presentations for senior P&C and business leaders to support talent strategies and change-management initiatives
Generate, maintain, and audit reports, presentations, and dashboards
Manage and process data using tools such as Excel, Orgvue, and Miro
Support the launch and operationalization of programs, including budgeting, communications, and intake of requests
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and customer service
High proficiency in Excel; highly process-driven and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Solid understanding of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
Familiarity with benefit programs, pay-scale structures, and HR systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
1–3 years of relevant experience
