Responsibilities

During the pre-season, we build and prepare our hardware and equipment for on-site installations

Conducting pre-game checks of the systems

Solving problems promptly when issues arise

Reporting issues accurately when they can't be fixed in-game and need further escalation

Operating the technologies during the game remotely from the Atlanta Office

Liaising with MLB and MLB Teams personnel, both on-site and remotely

Providing real-time, quality data to MLB / MLB Teams

Taking full responsibility for our data integrity

Required

A good technical grounding

Flexibility and adaptability towards a schedule that is dictated by the game schedule and can change at short notice (including weekends and holidays)
