Chief Executive Officer
Confidential is a health, wellness, and beauty brand portfolio seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its vision, strategy, and execution. The CEO will be responsible for stabilizing and scaling the company's largest businesses, driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance culture across various channels.

Responsibilities
Develop Business Infrastructure: Assess, build and enhance the infrastructure needed to support strategic objectives and company growth, focusing on operational efficiency and scalability
Portfolio Assessment, Audit & Strategy: Conduct a comprehensive operational, financial, and organizational assessment of a 10+ brand portfolio to establish a data-based view of performance, scalability, and long-term value creation. Determine which brands should be scaled, repositioned, stabilized, or exited to maximize shareholder value
Expand Existing Channels and Identify and Grow New Channels: Identify staff and manage a team to expand sales channels (online marketplace, retail, etc.)
Data Analytics and Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and company performance, leveraging data analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize marketing ROI
Industry Engagement: Establish and enhance reputation as a leading consumer products company in the health/wellness/beauty vertical with premier direct to consumer, and digital marketing capabilities. Potential to expand into retail
Operational Leadership: Oversee management of day-to-day support operations, including manufacturing, fulfillment, customer service, finance, HR and IT. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence among team members. Motivate teams through periods of change, ensuring buy-in and fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience
Team Development and Succession Planning: Develop and implement strategies for executive team development and succession planning to ensure the continuity of leadership and expertise within the organization. Identify high-potential talent, provide mentoring and career development opportunities, and cultivate a pipeline of future leaders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field required
Proven experience as a CEO, COO, President, GM, or senior operating executive with significant P&L responsibility
Experience leading scaled consumer brands, CPG, wellness, food, or lifestyle businesses
Track record of turnaround, operational scaling, or portfolio transformation
Experience driving multi-channel growth (DTC, digital, retail, wholesale)
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with founders and executive leadership
Los Angeles–based or willing to relocate
Deep understanding of CPG, consumer brands, and omni-channel commerce (DTC, retail, digital)
Ability to bring structure, discipline, and strategic planning into high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
Highly effective operator who can translate strategy into execution across multiple businesses
Skilled at building and leading high-performing leadership teams
Clear, confident communicator who aligns large teams around priorities and outcomes
Strong relationship-builder who can collaborate effectively with founders, board members, and cross-functional leaders
Outstanding communication skills—clear, polished, persuasive, and effective with internal teams and external stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, strong execution discipline, and a bias for action
