Responsibilities

Provide general desktop and end-user support for a diverse user base

Deliver hardware and software support across enterprise environments

Respond to, track, and resolve incident and service request tickets in a timely manner

Maintain and support office technology and workstation equipment

Provide front-facing customer service with a strong focus on user satisfaction

Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications and systems

Support Microsoft Office Suite and backend office applications

Manage devices using Microsoft Intune

Perform user and access management using Active Directory

Support remote desktop and endpoint management tools

Required

Strong technical troubleshooting skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Experience providing desktop support in an enterprise environment

Bachelor's degree preferred

Candidates without a degree must have an additional 5 years of relevant experience

Familiarity with Apple iOS devices

Experience using Adobe Acrobat
