Responsibilities

Lead monthly financial, operational, and board review preparations
Perform in-depth financial analysis and develop complex financial models
Create and present financial insights to support and influence strategic decision-making
Prepare financial forecast, trend evaluations, and fluctuation analysis
Proactively identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities
Drive planning and forecasting cycles (Strategic Plan, Operating Plan, and monthly forecasts)
Oversee R&D program approvals and provide management support
Lead capital project assessments and business case development
Manage headcount forecasting, analyze resource utilization, and develop relevant performance metrics
Support the implementation of best-practice financial tools and processes to deliver efficiency improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of finance experience
1 year lead experience
OR
Master's degree
At least 3 years of finance experience
1 year lead experience
OR
At least 8 years of finance experience
1 year lead experience

Preferred

Strong background in financial analysis and modeling
Solid understanding of business operations and financial principles
Experience in project management is preferred
Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict effectively
