Responsibilities
Own supply chain execution for new product introductions from concept through ramp-to-volume
Develop and manage integrated NPI plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with product development schedules
Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance
Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and qualification activities for new components and assemblies
Ensure BOM readiness, cost targets, capacity planning, and material availability for prototype, pilot, and production builds
Manage supply chain risks, identify constraints, and implement mitigation plans to support on-time launches
Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to support EVT/DVT/PVT builds and production ramp
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, quality metrics, and capacity commitments
Support manufacturing site readiness, including tooling, fixtures, and process validation
Drive should-cost analysis, cost reduction initiatives, and variance tracking versus targets
Partner with Quality teams to ensure compliance, PPAP/FAI readiness, and issue resolution
Identify and manage supply chain risks related to sourcing, logistics, geopolitical factors, and component lifecycle
Provide regular executive-level status updates on NPI supply chain readiness, risks, and launch metrics
Track and report KPIs related to schedule adherence, cost, yield, and supplier performance
Facilitate clear decision-making through data-driven insights and structured communication
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management, with direct NPI exposure
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, sourcing, logistics, and product lifecycle management
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
