Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting (end-to-end)
Lead intake meetings and turn business needs into clear success profiles and scorecards
Build and manage pipelines through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals)
Screen candidates, drive interview logistics, and maintain a high-touch candidate experience
Manage offers, negotiations, and closes with urgency and transparency
Create repeatable workflows: outreach sequences, templates, interview guides, scorecards, and reporting
Improve pipeline visibility and 'nothing slips' tracking across roles and stakeholders
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase speed + quality
Work directly with senior leaders to prioritize hiring, calibrate profiles, and move decisions quickly
Share market insights, compensation feedback, and pipeline data to guide hiring strategy
Start recruiting-first, then expand into broader People Ops support over time
Opportunity to build out a TA function as hiring demand grows

Required

5+ years of recruiting experience (in-house and/or agency)
Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
Proven experience building or improving recruiting processes (not just filling roles)
High ownership, detail orientation, and ability to operate independently
Comfortable in a direct, fast-moving environment with high expectations

Preferred

Experience in high-growth or founder-led environments
Recruiting across multiple teams/business lines at once
Familiarity supporting distributed or global teams
