Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units, including technical, professional, and leadership roles
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
Ensure consistent execution of recruiting processes, including intake meetings, candidate assessments, and offer management
Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, inclusion representation) and implement improvements
Supervise recruiters and coordinators, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development support
Allocate requisitions and manage workload to ensure timely delivery of hiring goals
Collaborate with HRBPs and Finance to align hiring plans with operational and financial goals
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent acquisition strategies and market conditions
Ensure adherence to employment laws, internal policies, and collective bargaining agreements where applicable
Drive process improvements and leverage technology (Oracle Recruiting Cloud, CRM tools) for efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
10 + years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of recruiting systems, sourcing strategies, and employment law
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience in utilities, energy, or regulated industries preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
