Responsibilities

Support of Sales and Customer. Coordinate all activity with Sales, Customer beginning with request for quote, coordinate with Quoting, pricing, entry to quote tool and quotation follow up

Work to SOP’s when coordinating order placement write up orders/change orders and facilitate customer to plant discussions with regard to problem solving as we tool product

Post shipment follow up i.e. shipment information and payment resolution

Ability to continually change priorities during daily activities

The Program Administrator will also be responsible for administering and coordinating with the plant and communicate order status and commits to the customer(s)

The Program Administrator must understand the customer(s) contract terms and its implications on the order process

The PA will also manage the customer(s) backlog/demand
