The role involves delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions through hands-on development and stakeholder-facing consulting.

Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Power BI reporting and dashboarding projects end-to-end
Gather, analyze, and document business, reporting, and data requirements
Design and manage ODS (Operational Data Store) planning, reporting structures, and data models
Define Power BI project roadmaps, reporting timelines, and data delivery plans
Analyze raw data and perform data cleansing, transformation, and processing using MS SQL
Build and maintain SSIS-based ETL pipelines
Retrieve, aggregate, and integrate data from multiple sources, including MongoDB
Enable data-driven decision-making by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights
Apply data architecture best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability
Work with AWS and/or Azure cloud services for data storage, processing, and analytics
Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server
Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, reports)
Experience with SSIS for ETL and data integration
Working knowledge of MongoDB
Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Solid data architecture and reporting framework knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
Preferred
Experience with enterprise ODS and reporting environments
Exposure to data governance and performance optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
