Foreclosure Specialist
Motion Recruitment is seeking a Foreclosure Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the foreclosure process. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for foreclosure operations
Review real property conveyance and encumbrance documents for accuracy and recordability
Handle county e-recordings
Review and gather foreclosure-related documentation
Communicate with property owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure matters
Establish and maintain positive client and vendor relationships
Input and update data in Excel spreadsheets and tracking systems
Monitor shared email inboxes and prepare/send reinstatement quotes to owners
Support accounting-related activities, including invoicing and check deposits
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Foreclosure processing, document preparation, or recording experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Ability to work with confidential and proprietary information while exercising discretion
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and a strong team player
