Commercial Flooring Project Manager / Sales
Flooring Careers is recruiting for a privately owned commercial flooring contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The role is a hybrid Project Manager/Sales position responsible for selling and managing commercial flooring projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project completion.
Responsibilities
Selling commercial flooring projects and managing them through completion
Leading project kickoff, turnover, and execution planning
Coordinating with field managers, installers, warehouse, and estimating
Managing schedule, scope, documentation, and project profitability
Handling RFIs, change orders, approvals, and communication
Driving punch list completion, closeout documentation, and final payment
Qualification
Required
Commercial flooring experience in sales, project management, or a blended role
Ability to own both the client relationship and the project outcome
Experience in selling commercial flooring projects and managing them through completion
Ability to lead project kickoff, turnover, and execution planning
Experience coordinating with field managers, installers, warehouse, and estimating
Ability to manage schedule, scope, documentation, and project profitability
Experience handling RFIs, change orders, approvals, and communication
Ability to drive punch list completion, closeout documentation, and final payment
Preferred
Healthcare experience
Experience in multifamily, hospitality, education, or Main Street commercial backgrounds
