Responsibilities

Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and supporting the bid/quoting process by developing cost estimates and technical specifications

Collaborate with all necessary departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and sales within EnQuest for the development of quotes

Provide analysis of critical elements of the business including performance, trends, outliers, and external factors on aspects of the business such as sales, margins, market performance, pricing, and products

Manage the deal review process

Work cross-functionally to assess data and analytic needs and support ad hoc requests from business unit, executive team, and customers

Any other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year university in finance, industrial distribution, or similar field

2+ years financial analysis or similar experience

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, and calendar capabilities. Advanced Excel modeling skills required

Desire and ability to grow into a sales role

Maintains strict confidentiality and protect privacy of confidential/sensitive information

Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines

Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients

Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options
