Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build relationships effectively
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools
Preferred
Familiarity with the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
