Sr. M365 AI Engineer

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Sr. M365 AI Engineer to join their IT Managed Services Division. The role involves developing and delivering AI training sessions, supporting pre-sales activities, and consulting on custom AI solutions while ensuring responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

Developed and deliver Copilot and AI training sessions to end-users and stakeholders
Support pre-sales activities, including project scoping, demos, POCs, and RFP responses
Conduct Copilot readiness assessments and provide strategic recommendations
Lead billable Copilot adoption and enablement initiatives
Consult on and build custom AI agents using both Microsoft and industry technologies
Monitor agent productivity using Microsoft and third-party tools
Conduct usage analytics, prompt tuning, and feedback loops to improve AI agent performance
Collaborate with internal teams to develop Copilot-based managed services
Act as a senior technical resource and escalation point for Copilot-related projects
Develop reusable assets, templates, and best practices for Copilot engagements
Stay current with Microsoft AI roadmap and contribute to practice innovation
Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI use
Document work professionally and submit accurate timecards daily
Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities through AI-driven solutions
Maintain relevant certifications and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Required

Proven experience delivering customer-facing training and enablement
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing Microsoft Copilot or custom AI assistant use cases in customer environments
Proven ability to lead customer-facing projects, including readiness assessments, deployments, and user enablement
Strong understanding of Microsoft security, compliance, and identity solutions and how they impact Copilot and AI integrations
Experience with data governance, information architecture, and optimizing data access for AI workloads
Must be able to travel occasionally and work extended hours when needed (10%)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph
5+ years of practical experience in Microsoft 365 consulting
Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with the MSP service delivery models and managed services packaging

Preferred

Master's degree preferred, but not required
Familiarity with prompt engineering, conversational design, or Copilot Studio is a strong plus
Relevant technical certifications highly desirable: Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot-related training/certifications
Expertise in Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and Azure OpenAI
