Hogan Lovells is seeking a mid-level associate to join their US banking and loan finance team. The role involves representing lenders and companies in various lending transactions, providing opportunities to work on a diverse portfolio of transactions for clients.

Responsibilities

Work on a highly varied portfolio of transactions for clients on both the borrower and lender side, including lines of credit for public and private companies, syndicated TLA/TLB transactions, direct lending transactions, note purchase agreement private placements, receivables financings, equipment financings and structured financings
Interact effectively with sophisticated client teams
Contribute to a friendly and collegial culture within our corporate and finance group and firm as a whole

Required

Significant transactional experience in bank financing transactions and related UCC matters
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client teams
A commitment to excellence
A desire to contribute to a friendly and collegial culture within our corporate and finance group and firm as a whole
A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Membership in the Bar in the United States
At least four years of directly relevant experience

Preferred

Candidates located in our New York or Washington DC office
Candidates with at least four years of directly relevant experience for our Denver office
