Project Material Control Senior Analyst (Onsite)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering teams to understand material needs and support timely fulfillment
Audit engineering memos to ensure compliance and validate expected outcomes
Create and manage Purchase Requisitions; collaborate with Buyers for PO generation
Source materials and coordinate shipment to vendors and internal shops
Generate Engineering Assists and production orders; manage hardware required for orders
Ensure accurate receipt and storage of hardware with warehouse
Troubleshoot and resolve receipt issues, including TROUBLE hardware receipts
Maintain industrial trackers and SAP ZDSR shortages
Expedite critical items per IPT, procurement, or management requests
Attend IPT / CIPT / Industrial meetings to provide material support updates
Communicate requirements and status regularly to project engineers and IPTs
Manage multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities as needed
Share lessons learned and support team knowledge transfer
Provide occasional support on extended hours or weekends
Maintain and continuously improve standard work documentation for PMC processes
Serve as a coach and informal mentor to entry-level analysts
Act as a key contributor to process improvement initiatives
Ability to solve complex problems cross-functionally with minimal oversight
Travel is up to 10%

Required

Bachelor's degree
2 years of experience or in lieu of degree 6 years of experience
Experience in Microsoft Office and SAP (or equivalent system)
