The Business Analyst will work directly with the director of finance to ensure accurate financial analysis and support various financial functions such as budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide support for the budget, month-end close process and variance analysis, Monthly Operations Report (MOR) and Action OI data gathering and reporting

Provide financial support for departmental leadership and assist with financial analysis for new projects and other ad hoc analysis

Understand general operational functions and financial functions, including reimbursement, payment, cost and process functionality

Maintain knowledge of subsystems to ensure information is timely and accurate
