Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial glazing estimates, preparing detailed proposals for curtain walls, storefronts, windows, glass walls, and other specialty glass installations
Coordinate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients, reviewing project documents such as drawings, RFIs, and ASIs, while ensuring accurate takeoffs and maintaining high-quality bid submissions
Collaborate internally with installation teams and subcontractors to ensure correct job scopes, efficient materials planning, and proper scheduling for both commercial and residential projects
Help drive business growth by providing cost analyses, supporting quotes for new clients, and contributing to project planning for commercial glazing work
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading and managing commercial glazing estimates
Ability to prepare detailed proposals for curtain walls, storefronts, windows, glass walls, and other specialty glass installations
Experience coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients
Ability to review project documents such as drawings, RFIs, and ASIs
Skill in ensuring accurate takeoffs and maintaining high-quality bid submissions
Experience collaborating with installation teams and subcontractors
Ability to ensure correct job scopes, efficient materials planning, and proper scheduling for both commercial and residential projects
Experience in providing cost analyses and supporting quotes for new clients
Ability to contribute to project planning for commercial glazing work
