SaaS Account Executive
Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. They are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle in a B2B SaaS environment, focusing on building pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing new business.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
Proactively research, identify, and prospect potential customers aligned with the ideal customer profile
Initiate outbound outreach via email, phone, social platforms, and virtual meetings
Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution presentations (virtual and on-site when required)
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff to Account Management post-close
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and forecast data within HubSpot CRM
Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums as needed
Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance to leadership
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience
Demonstrated success in full-cycle sales and quota attainment
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers preferred
Comfortable presenting solutions to groups and senior stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
