Responsibilities

Collaborating with our CST partners on technology initiatives including the Optimizer roadmap

Partnering with business partners on their projects / requirements

Involved in space demand forecasting efforts

Analyzing workforce plans, site capacity, and occupancy trends to establish accurate forecasts

Synthesize data and insights to provide actionable recommendations that support space optimization

Improve alignment with business requirements

Manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently

Develop compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables

Lead the ongoing management of documenting and managing our technology stack

Conduct regular updates to space assignments every 6 months

Partner across the organization to improve data quality

Foster a collaborative approach to drive effective delivery of occupancy analytics

Turn data into actionable insights to support executive decision-making

Work in an ambiguous environment balancing multiple demands

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred

3+ years of experience in data analytics, strategy and planning, or related field

Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop forecasting models, improve processes, and inform enterprise strategies

In-depth understanding of workforce planning and real estate strategies

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Data-driven approach to surfacing insights, framing problem statements, and building complete and cohesive presentations

Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with working knowledge of PowerBI, and Snowflake

Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and meeting project deadlines
