Responsibilities

Review and process new and existing account documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper fee structures
Maintain and reconcile account fees, researching discrepancies and resolving issues using available resources
Process transactions including ACH, wires, checks, IRA contributions and withdrawals, and account coding updates across core and investment systems
Prioritize and manage daily workflows independently to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and ensure SLA adherence
Partner with client-facing teams, custodians, and third-party providers to resolve inquiries and ensure timely movement of assets
Support cross-training initiatives, quality control tasks, and special projects that improve automation, efficiency, and cost savings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
3–5 years of experience in Trust Operations, Investment Operations, or Financial Services
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels of the organization
General knowledge of investment operations and/or trust administration
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and apply sound judgment within established procedures
