Responsibilities
Paid Real Estate Reporting
Team uses a third party vendor to release all mortgages – First American
Researching paid off loans that have not been released/figuring out why it wasn’t reported
Pulling reports in systems (SAPMD) and in Microsoft Excel to other servicing teams
Other teams rely on these reports to start their day, so ability to hit deadlines is crucial
Utilize Microsoft Excel – VLookups, run reports, filter spreadsheets, formulas, etc
Not a black and white job, need someone who can think outside the box/great research
No customer interaction, but will communicate with different internal teams
Qualification
Required
Mortgage loan knowledge/experience – within servicing, front end, etc
Strong Excel skills – VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc
Strategic thinker
Ability to research in-depth data
Strong attention to detail
Need to be able to meet tight deadlines/work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Mortgage experience is a big plus
