Crisis Intervention Engagement Technician

Meticulous data entry and paperwork to meet program and agency standards
Delivering safety planning, outreach, and engagement services
Ensuring on-site completion of treatment and recovery plans with clients
Actively employ trauma-informed care, fostering hope, respect, and empowerment
Promoting positive interactions within Chestnut and the community
Contributing to a favorable program reputation
Attending meetings and staffings
Participating in program development activities
Providing support to team members
Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
Qualification
Required
Minimum age of 21 with a high school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated skills in human services and services to adults
Ability to work constructively with consumers, treatment resources, and the community
Personal recovery experience and willingness to discuss the recovery journey
Capability to obtain the CRSS credential within one year of the date of hire
Valid driver's license, private automobile insurance, and insurability
Basic computer skills, including MS Word, email, and an electronic medical record (EMR)
Preferred
Preference for candidates with social service, teaching, corrections/policing, patient care, or lived recovery/work experience
