Database Account Manager

Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day data and reporting partner for assigned nonprofit clients
Build donor selections, segmentation, and campaign files using SQL
Produce reports that explain donor behavior and fundraising performance
Monitor and support automated data feeds between internal systems and client databases
Maintain workflow documentation and keep projects on schedule
Lead client training sessions on proprietary software and reporting tools
Support testing and rollout of new platform features and system enhancement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience in database, fundraising, or CRM-driven environments
Proven ability to write and use SQL for reporting, segmentation, and data validation
Experience with fundraising or CRM platforms such as Portfolio, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Experience working with large datasets and file-based data transfers
3+ years of experience leading projects, mentoring, or supervising team members
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy
