Responsibilities
Assist with loan underwriting and financial analysis
Support deal execution and operational workflows
Analyze property-level data, borrower financials, and deal structures
Help prepare investment summaries, loan scenarios, and internal reports
Assist with marketing and outreach efforts, including deal materials and market research
Work closely with senior team members across multiple functions
Qualification
Required
Aspiring analyst with interest in real estate, investment banking, private credit, or finance
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Minimum 18 hours per week
In-office role based in North Miami
Reliable transportation required
Strong Excel and communication skills (advanced skills a plus)
