Office Specialist - Civil Division
NEOGOV is seeking an Office Specialist for the Civil Division of the Rice County Sheriff's Office. The role involves coordinating clerical support, managing legal documents, and providing administrative assistance to the Sheriff's Office.

Responsibilities
Receives, coordinates and enters data of legal documents for service as received by attorneys, courts, and the public in the course of civil or criminal proceedings
Records financial information on papers served, garnishments, deputy standby on lockouts, etc
Schedules and assists deputy and attorneys with mortgage foreclosure sales as conducted in the lobby of the Sheriff’s Dept
Provides general administrative and clerical support for the Sheriff’s Office
Monitors OFP/HRO paperwork
Prepares documents for e-filing
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least one year of post-secondary education in business administration, clerical support, or equivalent
One to three years of clerical or transcription experience, or equivalent
A valid driver's license is required
