Data & AI Account Executive
MCA Connect is a leading US-based solution partner specializing in Microsoft Business Applications and Azure Data & AI. The Data & AI Sales Account Executive will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets, managing the sales lifecycle, and building relationships with clients in the manufacturing sector to enhance their operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
Delivering sales and revenue targets for MCA Solutions, Advanced Analytics, and Power Platform services with new and existing clients
Managing the entire sales lifecycle and driving revenue by prospecting, acquiring and developing new and expanding business with clients, primarily within the manufacturing sector
Work collaboratively with Microsoft to co-sell and drive pipeline through strategic relationships and adding value
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers, to understand their business challenges and position solutions to meet objectives and solve business challenges
Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft and MCA Connect offerings and tailor communications to address the unique needs of each client with measurable business outcomes
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Use this knowledge to position MCA Connect as a thought leader and trusted advisor for the use of data, advanced analytics, and Artificial Intelligence in manufacturing
Lead a complex sales process that requires organization, attention to detail, diligence, and creative problem solving with a client-centric approach
Work closely with the MCA Connect pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to provide a seamless transition from prospecting and sales to implementation, ensuring a positive outcome for clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets, including revenue goals, quarterly quotas, and other performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Experienced Solution Seller with 5+ years' data and/or analytics sales and negotiation experience OR Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3+ years data and/or analytics sales and negotiation experience OR equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
Experience engaging and managing relationships with CXO level stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships
Demonstrated experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborations with partners for optimal business results
Experience selling public cloud-based Data, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) services
Experience with Azure Cloud Platform
Experience selling Analytics / Data Products and Services
Preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or similar technologies
