Responsibilities

Prepare reports for meetings
Greet and seat everyone who comes in
Keep schedule for office & schedule meetings
Answer incoming calls (50% of calls are sales calls, will need to know when to screen and when to make a warm introduction)
Printing postage mailing
Orders supplies and groceries
Keep kitchen and office stocked & neat
Handle CEOs outbox and CEO and advisors administrative tasks
Support staff on overflow admin work
Make restaurant and travel reservations

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in administrative with QUICKBOOKS
Must know Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook calendar
Must have QuickBooks experience with Full AP
