Baptist Health System is seeking an innovative and experienced healthcare leader for the role of Director of Cath Lab. This position is responsible for the oversight and management of the Cardiovascular Services Department, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and operational success.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the oversight and management of the Cardiovascular Services Department

Works with patients from adolescent to geriatric

Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period

Other related duties as assigned

Qualification

Cardiovascular ServicesManagement ExperienceTexas State LicenseBachelors DegreeBasic Life SupportACLS CertificationHealthcare LeadershipPatient Care

Required

Graduate of accredited school of nursing and/or accredited school of radiology and/or accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology

5 years experience in Cardiovascular Services

2 years management experience in related field

Possess a current Texas State License or AART, ACVT or RCIS

Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire

AHA ACLS must be completed within 60 days of hire or transfer into role

Preferred

Bachelors Degree in related field
