Responsibilities
Design user-centered solutions that improve productivity and simplify technical workflows
Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate with UX researchers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with user needs
Contribute to the development and evolution of the team’s design language and standards
Participate in design critiques and team discussions to continuously improve design quality
Advocate for design best practices and help foster a culture of human-centered design
Qualification
Required
UX Leadership; has led small teams, managed stakeholders, mentored others
History of providing business value through User Experience Design
Proven experience in UX design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, design thinking, and impactful user experiences
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
Willingness to work onsite at the Spring, TX campus
Preferred
Past experience in Oil and Gas or IT Operations would be differentiating
Passion for advancing design practices and staying current with industry trends
Desire to contribute to strategic initiatives and elevate the visibility of design work
Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and sharing expertise with others
Openness to international travel and working in diverse environments
