Responsibilities

Prepare work papers for all tax filings, including preparation of certain returns, including provision to return analysis

Prepare research and development tax credit calculation

Prepare year-end tax provision

Prepare tax accounting files related to income tax accounts for consolidated financial statements

Monitor federal, state, and local legislation and make determinations as to potential impact on the company’s business operations

Assist tax manager on various other assignments as required, including requests from headquarters and potentially tax items in Canada, Mexico, and Brazil
