To serve as a support to the front office and communication and information resource for patient services
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with referral intake, scheduling and registration
Ensures that all potential patients of the hospital are dealt with in a caring and empathetic fashion while involved in the admissions process, while protecting the medical, financial and legal interests of the hospital
To cover outpatient clinics within the Network
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Must have advanced computer skills
Ability to type
Preferred
High School graduate or GED preferred
