Required

Strong analytical skills for identifying, troubleshooting, and solving complex issues

Understanding of business processes and the ability to map them into PeopleSoft systems
Experience in consulting and providing innovative solutions tailored to client needs
Knowledge of finance processes and systems applications, specifically within the PeopleSoft framework
Proficiency in PeopleSoft configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
