Responsibilities

Provide leadership for the CDL Program

Participate in the curriculum development, revision and implementation process

Provide face to face product knowledge training to the Admissions or student groups

Engage with potential students and participate in new student orientation

Hire, assign, orient, develop, evaluate and recognize instructors within the program(s) of study

Monitor and support the student population within the program of study

Advise students during the provisional period and consult with those facing academic challenges

Analyze student population data and identify students at risk

Collect data for purposes of analyzing program performance and share feedback with the Academic team
