Responsibilities

Act as a Business Analyst for Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage projects, with primary focus on US and Canada operations

Work extensively with CargoWise One (CW) for integration, configuration, and operational workflows

Analyze and document end-to-end freight forwarding processes, including imports, exports, customs clearance, and brokerage workflows

Understand and articulate how freight data flows across systems, including bookings, shipments, customs filings, and financial data

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system integrations using API, EDI, and XML

Support EDI integrations (e.g., Green Screen–based EDI systems or similar legacy EDI platforms)

Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions

Participate in UAT, defect triage, and post-implementation support

Ensure compliance with US and Canadian customs regulations during system and process changes
