Responsibilities

This position is responsible for analyzing and driving MRP alignment while partnering with Industrial, Engineering, repair supply partners, MRP Controllers, and Delivery Assurance to create the continuous flow of inventory into the government-owned network wherever possible
You will be involved in all aspects of F135 Initial & Replenishment Spares support, from final planning on the range & depth of target inventory quantities at multiple locations, to generating reporting on spares sales order placements, sales order follow-ups, expedites, and delivery statusing
You will be a key player on a team that continuously refines material item management and logistics support capabilities. This position affords the incumbent the opportunity to be involved in the rapid expansion of the F135 operational support construct
High level analytical skills and strong MS Excel skills are required; including but not limited to XLookup, VLookup, Compound IF Statements, and other intermediate to advanced formulas. These skills will be used to analyze spares redistribution decision support data, engage in the redistribution of spare materials to support fleet global availability requirements, determine allocation prioritization, and other ad hoc tasks as needed

Required

Bachelor's Degree required; or Associate's degree, or 2 -year post high school training and 5 years of MRP, Supply Chain and/or Inventory Management experience required
5 years of experience managing MRP and/or inventory in an operational supply chain and distribution network or An advanced degree with 3 years of managing MRP and/or inventory in an operational supply chain and distribution network experience
US Citizenship required due to government contracts
High level analytical skills and strong MS Excel skills are required; including but not limited to XLookup, VLookup, Compound IF Statements, and other intermediate to advanced formulas

Preferred

In-depth knowledge of PW/Raytheon internal supply policies, practices, DPAS requirements, and standard work is highly desired, as is proficiency in SAP transactions
Strong analytical skills are a must: individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems
Demonstrate work experience that details examples of self-starting ability, initiative, and capacity to drive complex issues to closure
Knowledge of current Department of Defense engine material and logistics support concepts is beneficial
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite is required
