They are seeking an Associate Accounting Specialist to support accounts payable and vendor management processes, including creating Excel templates, managing inquiries, and ensuring timely vendor payments.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain Excel templates
Learn the details of customers’ accounts payable process
Manage email inboxes and answer vendor and customer inquiries
Manage virtual credit card limits
Manage vendor relationships to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner
Document activity appropriately in Salesforce
Participate in proactive, virtual customer engagements
Responsible for making 70 outbound vendor calls daily

Required

Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Process driven
Experience in Bookkeeping or AR/AP processing
Fundamental understanding of accounting principles
